Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment process.</li>

<li>Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop specific recruiting plans.</li>
</ul>

<li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Utilize various sourcing methods to attract passive and active candidates, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to assess the efficiency of recruitment strategies.</li>
</ul>

<li>Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.</li>
</ul>

<li>Negotiate offers with candidates and manage the onboarding process.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage recruitment budget and vendor relationships, including negotiations with job boards and recruitment agencies.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven track record of successful candidate placement within various levels and departments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Overall Experience: 9-12 years</li>
