Key Responsibilities

<li>Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, including synergy assessment, standalone costing, project management, problem-solving and facilitation </li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage client engagement teams executing TSE services which support key decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value </li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Build relationships with EY offices across the globe, and demonstrate knowledge of regional practices. Responsible for high degree of GDS user satisfaction with engagement process and work products</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist in business development activities including preparing presentations for client and internal pursuit meetings </li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide guidance on projects and mentor a team of TSE professionals</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conduct timely performance reviews for employees and develop other professionals by providing effective performance feedback and training. Lead by example</li>

Skills And Attributes For Success 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Understanding of M&amp;A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&amp;A</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Possess financial analysis experience from a number of pre- and post-deal transactions, with the ability to link detailed operational analysis to P&amp;L, cash flow and balance sheet</li>
</ul>

</ul>

To qualify for the role, you must have 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field from a premier institute with 10-12 years of applicable industry and/or consulting experience </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Need of Techno-functional professional with hands on experience of Finance &amp; Accounting domain and ERP/ BI systems used by Finance professionals to undertake accounting, reporting and other financial analysis related work</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">The need comes from both transaction and transformation engagements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
