Your key responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Execute an AR engagement strategy and program to improve EY's top-of-mind position with key analysts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Actively build and maintain relationships with the analyst community, and be the 'connective tissue' between the business and analysts, enabling strong relationships</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage participation in key analyst competitive assessment reports (for example, Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, and IDC MarketScapes) in collaboration with global leadership and marketing teams, as well as the global AR team. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Facilitate the timely completion of all relevant deliverables including analyst briefings, surveys/RFI, and client reference requests.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare spokespeople for analyst briefings. Facilitate prep calls, review key messages, talking points, slides; and host all analyst briefing calls and meetings.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct analyst inquiry and coordinate strategic advisory sessions to support business objectives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Advise leadership and internal teams about analyst views and industry trends.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Promote analyst reports, recognition and events externally via digital marketing. Leverage digital channels to build relationships and awareness with targeted analysts (e.g. engage with analysts on social media), and to support the communication objectives of the business.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Promote analyst reports and recognition internally, especially for use in sales.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain activity trackers and manage ongoing reporting of progress against program objectives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to presentations for different parts of the business.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Bring best practices to the work, communicating these across the AR team to improve processes and engagement with the analyst community.</li>
</ul>
 
To qualify for the role, you must have

<ul>
<li>Graduate/Post-graduate in Management, Communications, business or technology</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in leading and managing Analyst Relations programs in the technology or professional services industry</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Deep and strong relationships with top industry analysts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with limited resources</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize projects and communicate priorities to stakeholders</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently, while also being a great team player</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience working in a matrixed, global environment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>High level of energy, enthusiastic team player and dedication to excellence</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>A positive, flexible attitude with an unflustered style and collaborative nature</li>
</ul>

Ideally, you’ll also have:

<ul>
<li>An in-house or agency background and experience of working with corporate, financial or professional services organizations</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience managing high-profile global events</li>
</ul>
