<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Build custom email templates and execute responsive email campaigns for clients and internal marketing initiatives.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template.</li>

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Plan email personalization to deepest level to maximize client Lifetime Value, experience and engagement frequency.</li>
</ul>

<li>Design, build and maintain clients’ social media presence and implement a posting strategy</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Understand different client cohorts (new vs. repeat, broken down by source, locations, profiles, sectors, etc. ) and behavior across platforms</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive email campaigns</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Develop and maintain a consistent look and feel for email communications</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Develop promotional content and materials for email campaigns</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Review and analyze email data</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist in the development of reports from data analysis</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintaining the social media handles with regular posts, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strategize and executing online marketing strategies and Google AdWords, Social Media Marketing, SEO and other SEM campaigns for Lead Generation and executing them</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals</li>
</ul>
 
Desired Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent writing and proofreading skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience using CRM.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Should be familiar with MailChimp, Active Campaign, Pardot or other email marketing channels. Knowledge of HTML is also mandatory.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good communication and negotiation skills. Having fluency in both written and spoken English language is a must</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Experience

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">2-5 years in handling Email Marketing, SEM and SMM at any reputed brand in India. A startup experience would be preferred.</li>
