Key Responsibilities External Marketing &amp; Brand Strategy

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Create powerful sales presentations, creds decks, event pitch decks, and case studies</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Craft messaging for campaigns, website, emailers, brochures, and social media</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with business, creative, and digital teams to drive demand-gen messaging</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work closely with leadership to elevate Empor’s industry presence via thought leadership, partnerships, and content-led visibility</li>
</ul>

 Content &amp; Communication

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Write and manage content across channels: LinkedIn, emailers, blogs, internal comms</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Oversee video scripts, campaign messaging, landing pages, and ad copy</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintain brand tone and visual coherence across all materials and verticals</li>
</ul>

 Internal Communications &amp; Employer Branding

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Own internal branding initiatives — culture campaigns, newsletters, team recognitions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Create engaging content for internal events, GPTW stories, team onboarding decks, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Partner with HR to make Empor a visible and aspirational workplace for future talent</li>
</ul>

 Execution &amp; Project Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work with designers and video editors to bring stories to life (you write the brief and direct output)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintain a content calendar, asset library, and brand guidelines</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Track campaign performance and engagement with basic analytics/reporting</li>
</ul>
 Ideal Candidate Profile 
What We’re Looking For

<li style="margin-left:0px;">4–7 years in brand communications, B2B marketing, or content strategy</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strategic thinker with storytelling instincts and creative flair</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Can independently manage projects end-to-end with tight timelines</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Copywriting, narrative building, deck creation (PPT), brand tone maintenance</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Works well with Management, sales, creative and HR teams</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Agency, startup, or in-house marketing role in B2B/SaaS/tech preferred</li>
</ul>

 Bonus Points If You Have
