Essential Job Functions

<li>Perform the regular Payroll / Statutory compliance process related activities along-with the fundamental validations.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure deductions are made as per statutory compliance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure all the statutory payments are initiated before the due</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assists department in completing and understanding of statutory changes made by Government.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with payroll team members for smooth statutory compliance closure.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Handle the employee queries and provide apt resolution on time for PF activities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Analyze and prepare various payroll statutory compliance audit reports for Government inspections.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Perform the independent internal audit on all the statutory compliance activities completed daily.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Complete the payroll and statutory compliance audit activity as per stipulated timeline.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Audit samples should be collected based on the compliance activity.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate filing of all returns, reports, and contributions in compliance with the statutory requirements of the relevant Provident Fund authority (e.g., EPFO in India).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Keep abreast of changes in Provident Fund regulations, tax laws, and other legal requirements that affect employee PF benefits.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure smooth processing of PF account transfers for employees moving from one organization to another.</li>
</ul>

Basic Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field preferred</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge in Payroll statutory compliance transition, compliance Operations, Labour law compliance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>2 to 4 years of Payroll statutory compliance and its related Labour law experience </li>
</ul>
