What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Strategy &amp; Execution:

Team Leadership:

<li>Lead, manage, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives both SDR and BDRs</li>

Revenue &amp; Growth Planning:

<ul>
<li>Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets; create sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs aligned with business growth objectives</li>
</ul>

Customer &amp; Stakeholder Engagement:

<ul>
<li>Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, key decision-makers, and industry partners to enhance sales opportunities and long-term partnerships</li>
</ul>

Sales Process Optimization:

<ul>
<li>Continuously refine sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and improve win rates</li>
</ul>

Market Intelligence:

<li>Conduct in-depth market research to stay abreast of customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies; translate insights into actionable sales plans</li>

Collaboration &amp; Alignment:

Sales Enablement:

CRM &amp; Reporting:

<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools; generate reports and dashboards to monitor performance and highlight areas of improvement</li>

Contract Management:

<li>Lead high-value negotiations, close complex deals, and oversee contract management in collaboration with legal and finance teams</li>
</ul>

Thought Leadership:

<li>Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as a sales leader and advocate for the brand.</li>

What Makes You a Great Fit

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in inside sales, business development, or sales leadership roles</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven success in building, leading, and scaling high-performing inside sales team</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Deep understanding of the U.S. B2B market, including customer buying behavior, sales channels, and emerging trends</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a dynamic, target-driven environment</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales tools to drive productivity and insights</li>
