</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track Record of Continuous Learning and training on areas required for the job shall be preferred </li>

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience of managing security operations for large scalable infrastructure</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience of managing security Technologies like Firewall, IPS, Host IPS, Web Security, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Privileged identity management, IAM and other security solutions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in managing rollout of security solutions and configurations to devices like servers, routers, applications etc across multiple locations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience and knowledge of managing Cloud Security would be an added advantage</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create technical reports based on analytical findings.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. </li>
</ul>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure the organization is compliant with local, national and global regulations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Detail out the security incident response program</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Reviews Proof of Concepts on latest technologies and integration with current systems</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with different teams to implement the security controls &amp; solutions to mitigate identified gaps</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding with at least one compliance framework (PCI, NIST, CSA, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develops, maintains and tests disaster recovery plans.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Establishing disaster recovery procedures.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conducting drills to test breach of security scenarios.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Promptly responding to all security incidents and providing thorough post-event analyses</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Responsible for successful design, architecture, deployment of product / solution as per expectation and sign-off the project</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Remain current with organizations security policies, latest security advisories/threats and industry best-practices.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with other departments and leads for implementing security controls</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Evaluates security architecture and capabilities on a regular basis and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate with consultants, technical personnel, service providers and vendors for services and products</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and train the team for security operations activities on a continuous basis.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create and Manage Cybersecurity Awareness Program</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain, document, review and improve processes for security activities.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead Cybersecurity incident management activities along with internal team and partners</li>
</ul>
