Key Responsibilities

Brand &amp; Visual Identity

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets—digital, print, packaging, environmental graphics, and signage.</li>
</ul>

Marketing &amp; Campaign Design

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design creative assets for marketing campaigns including:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Brochures, flyers, and catalogs</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Print ads, billboards, and hoardings</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Website banners and landing pages</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Social media creatives and emailers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work with content and marketing teams to design visually engaging campaigns that reflect brand tone and objectives.</li>
</ul>

Digital Experience

<ul>
<li>Develop digital assets for the company’s websites, e-commerce platforms, and online campaigns.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure responsive design principles and high-resolution asset delivery for all platforms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support UI/UX improvements through layout mockups and user interaction visuals (optional but a plus).</li>
</ul>

Real Estate Project Branding

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create and customize visual assets for Della’s luxury townships and real estate developments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work on floor plans, project brochures, masterplan visuals, and customer presentations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Translate architectural and interior design briefs into compelling visual content.</li>
</ul>

Product Design Communication

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with furniture and interior design teams to create technical product sheets, lookbooks, and brand catalogs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create storyboards and visual narratives for Della products and luxury collections.</li>
</ul>

Art Direction &amp; Collaboration

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide art direction for product photoshoots and marketing videos.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Guide junior designers and external vendors/agencies when needed.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Review, refine, and approve artwork for print and production.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Education: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Software Proficiency:</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other UI tools (preferred)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Basic understanding of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience: 5+ years in graphic design, preferably with experience in luxury brands, real estate, or interior product design.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated excellence in branding, campaign work, and high-end design execution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Creativity &amp; Aesthetic Sense: Passion for detail, typography, luxury aesthetics, and innovative design.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Team Collaboration: Ability to work across teams, take feedback positively, and deliver under deadlines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in luxury retail, architectural visualization, or furniture cataloging</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Working knowledge of 3D rendering, AutoCAD, or SketchUp</li>

</ul>
