Key Responsibilities: 
Sales &amp; Business Development

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and service agreements for clients. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand warehousing needs and propose tailored solutions. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with the operations and solutions teams to design warehousing strategies for prospective clients. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain an active pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize deal closure rates. </li>
</ul>
Client Relationship Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Act as a single point of contact for warehousing customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to ensure service alignment and explore upselling opportunities. </li>
</ul>
Market Intelligence &amp; Strategy

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Provide input to management on pricing, product development, and market positioning. </li>

</ul>
Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred). </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">4-10 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain services. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of warehousing operations, pricing structures, and customer pain points. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel &amp; PowerPoint), should have the knowledge about Warehousing Management System (WMS) </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Willingness to travel as required for client visits and business development.</li>
