Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Plan, execute, and elevate events across the Delhivery ecosystem—internal (employee engagement, Townhalls, Roadshows) and external (industry events, trade shows, client/partner meets)</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with brand, HR, admin, and business teams to shape event narratives and ensure they are aligned with business and cultural goals</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead end-to-end logistics: venue scouting, budgeting, vendor management, guest coordination, travel, permits, and compliance</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage event execution across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, ensuring seamless coordination and attention to local nuances</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create comprehensive event plans with clear milestones, contingency plans, and strong post-event reporting mechanisms</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Liaise with external vendors, AV partners, production houses, and creative agencies to deliver high-impact, brand-aligned experiences</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure strong branding, visual identity, and messaging across all event assets—on-ground and digital</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with internal design and creative teams to bring event concepts to life </li>
</ul>
Skills and Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">3–5 years of proven experience in end-to-end event management in a corporate, brand, or agency setting</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">A natural knack for project management—able to juggle multiple deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">On-ground experience in handling events across India, particularly Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Willingness to travel frequently across locations for event execution</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of branding, design, and storytelling—should be comfortable working with creative teams and evaluating design deliverables</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be working with everyone from leadership to ground staff</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong negotiation and vendor management skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">A sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or equivalent</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience working with internal communications, HR, or admin teams is a plus</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Exposure to brand-led experiential marketing is an added advantage</li>
