Requirement 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">15-20 years of experience in finance and accounting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with SEZ/STPI entities is preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven ability in people management and stakeholder management across different geographical locations and functions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong communication skills and a willingness to receive and act upon feedback.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficient in MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and accounting ERP systems.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor degree, preferably MBA in finance and accounting</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA)</li>
</ul>
