Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create customized hiring plans</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Source candidates effectively through job portals like Naukri, Apna, Indeed, and social media platforms.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Leverage existing networks and referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling</li>

Preferred Qualifications:
