Qualifications and Skills:

<li>2–3 years of experience in high-performance environments (consulting, growth teams, founder’s office, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong business judgment with a high bar for ownership and execution</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent in PowerPoint (for BD decks, leadership updates) and Excel (for lead tracking, projections, funnels)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Effective communicator — both with internal stakeholders and external partners</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Comfortable with data — creating dashboards, interpreting metrics, flagging risks</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maturity and professionalism to manage senior partner conversations</li>
</ul>
