Role &amp; Responsibilities:- 
Process ownership:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Accountability on CHRs'/Manager HRs deliverables for the geography</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Driving existing policies and SOPs and ensuring adherence thereto</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Regular structured meetings with Operations Team (Zonal OPs Manager + Cluster Managers) for NSO &amp; existing stores along with NSO leads</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensuring optimum recruitment (as per budgets and as aligned to the Diversity &amp; Inclusion {D&amp;I} policy of the organization) before handover to Operations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Leading &amp; guiding investigations done on Ethics &amp; POSH cases</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Evaluating new sources of recruitment suggested by the team, monitoring the Quality of Hires</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Driving &amp; Monitoring timely recruitment of store staff as per budgets in alignment to Diversity &amp; Inclusion (D&amp;I) policy of the organization</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Adherence to Personnel cost for the region</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Planning and ensuring execution of CSR, Rewards &amp;Recognition (R&amp;R) and Engagement activities at the region</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Reviewing payroll and incentive data &amp; Monitoring payroll for ZO employees</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Diagnosing people issues and seeking liasoning support to drive OD intervention wherever deemed necessary</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Driving &amp; strategizing plans on survey responses &amp; reviewing execution of corrective measures on the OFIs</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Reviewing KPI Trackers of CHRs/Manager HR and ensuring appropriate action planning</li>
</ul>

Employee Benefits Management:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure all benefits are passed onto the relevant employees</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Be equipped with the latest updates on employee benefits' programs and address queries as &amp; when required</li>
</ul>

Communication:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Communicating with the Support Office Team (TCOC,POSH,D&amp;I Recruitment, CSR, Engagement, R&amp;R</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Constant touch with Operations (SM+CM) for understanding business requirements and calibrating the teams for meeting the requirements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Executing HR priorities Diversity, CAPS in consultation with Operations </li>
</ul>
