Role &amp; responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee entire DC operations (Inbound/ Outbound/ Inventory/ Returns) ensuring stock inwards, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment and returns process.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proactively identify process improvement projects, which lead to measurable improvement in DC and Distribution metrics and improvement in Cost per Delivered Shipment (CPDS), without compromising on SLAs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop, mentor and motivate team in the DC and Distribution Team to achieve performance goals. Ensure efficient warehouse operations with safe operating practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Supervise and train warehouse employees and establish KPI based performance monitoring across all sections of DC and Distribution Operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with stakeholders Buying, Ecommerce and Store Operations teams. Continuous review and optimize of distribution network.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Track KPIs and report on supply chains performance</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analyses route schedules or load plans, historical activity, and customer trends in order to make suggestions for enhancing routing efficiency and solution efficacy.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in developing and putting into practice a supply chain solution</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Take care of the recurring analysis and duties generating ongoing cost-saving measures.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">In order to eliminate waste, examine present procedures and suggest or implement improvements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proactively control key performance indicators, undertake root cause analysis, and employ TM operating systems.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Uses tactical procedures every day in accordance with the defined business standards </li>
</ul>
