Key Responsibilities 
Executive Assistance &amp; Calendar Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage and prioritize the MD calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, site visits, and daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly team / project reviews.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests, ensuring appropriate responses or</li>
</ul>
delegation. 
Stakeholder Engagement and Management MIS and Dashboard Coordination

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Anchor preparation for employee engagements for example, quarterly town-hall, leadership reviews, cross functional co-ordination sessions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate for timely delivery of department level, project level and organization level management MIS and Dashboard at desired frequency and strive of improving its effectiveness</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Engage with all external stakeholders Strategic and financial partners, Industry bodies etc. on meetings/forums/events</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Facilitate effective communication and ensure timely resolution of queries or escalations. </li>
</ul>
Office Administration and support

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead and execute office wide events with internal and/or external participations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee office wide day to day administration including office level services, amenities, housekeeping, pantry, infrastructure, travel desk etc. in coordination with respective departments</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Overall hospitality in taking care of guests and visitors to the office </li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">6-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in hospitality sector working in a CXO office</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication (written &amp; verbal) and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), AI tools like Chat GPT and project management tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.</li>
</ul>
