Key Responsibilities:

<li>Guide students on the IELTS test format, preparation strategies, and band requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist students in course selection based on their profiles, goals, and study destinations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Help them enroll in IELTS training programs as needed.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain consistent communication with students to track progress.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide detailed counseling on PR pathways, especially for Canada (Express Entry) and</li>
</ul>

Australia (Skilled Migration).

<ul>
<li>Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, and immigration processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work with ICCRC (Canada) and MARA (Australia) consultants as required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage initial assessments and profile evaluations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Help candidates choose appropriate programs aligned with immigration goals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain daily call logs, enquiry tracking, and CRM updates.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Meet individual and team targets for conversions and revenue.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Client Coordination &amp; Documentation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Guide clients on required documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Liaise with processing teams for PR application submissions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely updates and support.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Business, or related fields)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Minimum 0.6 –2 years of experience in education or immigration counseling</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of IELTS and PR procedures (Canada, Australia, New Zealand)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong sales acumen and ability to meet targets</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Certification or training in counseling or immigration consultancy</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience working with ICCRC/MARA professionals</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Fluency in regional languages is a plu </li>
