Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook.

● Plan monthly social media calendars aligned with brand and marketing goals.

● Write, edit, and proof engaging content — captions, blog posts, scripts, and more.

● Collaborate with the design team for creative assets (images, videos, reels).

● Monitor engagement, trends, and community interaction; respond to DMs and comments where needed.

● Analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc., and prepare monthly reports.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and leadership to align on campaigns. 
Required Skills

● Proven work experience managing brand social media pages and campaigns.

● Strong command of written English and visual storytelling.

● Ability to draft engaging copy for different platforms.

● Understanding of content performance and analytics.

● Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva (optional, but good to have).

Bonus / Preferred Skills

● Experience in writing for different formats – blogs, scripts, captions, etc.

● Awareness of trends and formats on Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn

● Exposure to SEO best practices in content writing.

● Ability to work closely with designers and editors to co-create content.
