Roles &amp; Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple teams across the program where required.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is required.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in overall program/project planning and ensure cross-team dependencies are well-understood and modeled in project plans and timelines.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify, document, and publish risks and issues related to the overall program and to define resolution paths where required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Resolve cross-team impediments and blocking issues.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collect and consolidate cross-team status for delivery to stakeholders and executive management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Schedule and conduct meetings and ceremonies in accordance with best practices for Agile/Scrum software development.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Responsible for building team collaboration, commitment towards achieving sprint objectives and viewing team needs above everything else.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain relevant metrics that guide the development team to more efficient processes in their work and in satisfying their Product Owner and stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain effective information radiators that aid transparency and encourage clear communication between the development team, the Product Owner, and stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Active participant in the local scrum chapters to share and learn new agile concepts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of wireless telecom business practices, including accounting, finance, revenue assurance, taxation, billing, customer care, legal, device management and network operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Creates and identifies scope and stakeholders of a project right from its inception.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Creates and implements plans in accordance with SAFE/agile work methodology to help accomplish key tasks On time and within Budget</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identifies and communicates key slippages and acts with a sense of urgency to help eliminate any roadblocks to ensure successful completion of projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Performs Program Management/Scrum Master activities such as chartering, road mapping, user story grooming, iteration planning and retrospectives as well as implementation activities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop tools and techniques for disturbing tasks according to the skills of every team member and also to evaluate the performance of all team members.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Carries excellent command over Verizons Network and Security system and the respective teams and assigns tasks accordingly to see completion of capabilities across the board.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Carries a clear understanding of software development and Enterprise Architecture lifecycle, and categorizes scrum tasks in accordance with requirements and governance models identified.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Evaluates, develops and implements systems solutions to effectively fulfill business requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Invites leadership teams and leads discussion of key initiatives across Verizon Enterprise.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Communicates the status of projects to enterprise wide audience including key executive and stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Creates and identifies a communication strategy depending on the nature of the project.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identifies key tasks and publishes meeting minutes post calls along with clear communication strategy on a weekly and monthly basis for key initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Analyzing and proactively managing problems and making decisions that impact overall system(s) and program(s) while acting independently</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identifies and diffuses problems proactively with effective communication and team management / collaboration strategies. </li>
