Responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should have hands-on skills in SAP SCT.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should have working knowledge of Configuring legal/compliance parameters in SAP SCT.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should have working knowledge of Integrating SAP SCT with ECC/S/4 systems.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should work AMS engagement in a 24X5 engagement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should have good Interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge in SAP-EHS and ESG guidelines will be a value addition.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should be available to work from Cognizant India locations for minimum 3 days in a week.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Must have extensive experience in SAP SCT + EHS Consultant. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Should have experience in training and mentoring junior staff.</li>
</ul>
