<li>Good experience in Techno Functional Consultation </li>
<li>Assess business needs identifying best M365 usage practices M365 roadmaps. Developing effective solutions in latest technology trends in M365 Azure services and user adoption </li>
<li>Developing innovative solutions on Gen AI using Copilot Studio and Azure Open AI </li>
<li>Guide customer on M365 feature rollout and application governance </li>
<li>Provide the insights on latest technology trends market trends and suggest solution in customer ecosystem </li>
<li>Bring thought leadership and drive customer towards it. </li>
<li>Technical Solution </li>
<li>Participate in business requirements and functional requirements gathering </li>
<li>Prepare solution architecture and design documents for proposed solution </li>
<li>Participate/Lead design review sessions with various stakeholders to validate design is as per requirements </li>
<li>Support on proposal work estimation solutioning etc </li>
<li>Recommend best practise to the customer and technical team </li>
<li>Good team leader experience in leading the scattered team across multiple location </li>
