KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Content &amp; Branding: Oversee creation and review of content (digital, print, video) to ensure consistency with brand voice and messaging. Build internal and customer-facing brand assets.</li>
</ul>

<li>Campaign Strategy: Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with clear objectives across different channels and segments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of marketing programs, working cross-functionally with performance, content, product and design teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Creative Direction: Develop creative briefs, guide design and content direction, and ensure high-quality output for advertising and public-facing communications.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Analytics: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns; use insights to optimize performance and ROI.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Stakeholder Communication: Present ideas, progress, and deliverables to internal teams and senior leadership.</li>
</ul>

QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS

<li>46 years of marketing experience, preferably in tech startup environments and/or B2B Healthcare.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Metrics-driven marketing mind with a creative edge.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and online marketing strategies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>High attention to detail and a hunger to grow with the company.</li>
