What You'll Be Doing

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Track key hiring metrics to improve efficiency and hiring quality</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist in HR Activities for employee engagement, employee issue resolution </li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles is a plus</li>
