What You Will Do:

<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary contact for new brands during the onboarding process.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build an ever-growing portfolio of brands to onboard, negotiate with and introduce to Clinikally’s online pharmacy + telehealth platform and to add to the existing 250 brand partners.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor the brand's progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop supply chain strategies aligned with offline sales goals and objectives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work closely with the customer service team to address any supply chain-related concerns raised by customers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with sales teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Resolve any supply chain-related issues impacting revenue operations promptly.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory at offline as well as online locations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Formulate a comprehensive account wise strategy including promotions like telehealth tie ups</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Delivering revenue targets &amp; managing the entire channel’s P&amp;L</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work towards conceptualizing and executing category building initiatives</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations</li>
</ul>

Qualifications for the Role:

<ul>
<li>5+ years experience in e-commerce sales/e-pharmacy/key account management, preferably with a B.Pharm and/or M.Pharm</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with brand strategies and marketing principles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in working on new products and developing consumer concepts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong skills in interpersonal communication, and adept at writing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with healthcare, derma, pharma and/or beauty brands</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work with diverse stakeholders in a collaborative manner</li>
</ul>
