What will you do:

<ul>
<li>Assist in reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Enter invoice details into the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure proper deduction of TDS, claiming of GST ITC &amp; related compliances.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Match invoices with purchase orders, contracts and ensure proper documentation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist in weekly &amp; monthly payment batches for approval by senior accounts payable staff.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist in maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.</li>
</ul>

What are we looking for?
Must have:

<ul>
<li>2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance. (preferably in CA office)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in using accounting software/systems (e.g., Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interactions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. </li>
</ul>
