Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Contribute to the development of world-class enterprise applications leveraging the latest technologies and software design patterns</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and engineer front end solutions within an Agile software delivery team, working to collaboratively deliver sprint goals, write code, and participate in the broader Citi technical community and team-level Agile and Scrum processes</li>

Required Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">8-13 years as a Software Engineer/Developer using modern front-end technologies (Angular, React, Vue, Next, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience using modern build tools for front-end solutions (npm, yarn, gulp etc.)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Exposure to test strategies and frameworks for UIs (jasmine, karma etc.)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Clear understanding of software engineering best practices (unit testing, automation, design patterns etc.)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent work experience</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Exposure to Service Oriented and MicroServices architectures, including REST and GraphQL implementations</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Exposure to building horizontally scalable, highly available, highly resilient, and low latency applications</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Exposure to Cloud infrastructure both on-premises and public cloud (i.e., OpenShift, AWS, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Exposure to Cloud-native development and Container Orchestration tools (Serverless, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exposure to API Management tools</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Exposure to event-driven design and architecture (Kafka, Spark Flink, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, either on-premise or public cloud (i.e., Tekton, Harness, CircleCI, Cloudbees Jenkins, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Exposure to using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Cloudformation, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Exposure to Security, Observability, and Monitoring tools (Grafana Prometheus, Splunk, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.)</li>
</ul>
