Role Overview/What will you do:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive payments function related development, enhancements and testing in Rates Risk technology team</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end users.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources and perform other duties and functions as assigned</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Recommends actions for future developments &amp; strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to system.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Involved in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Well versed with Agile Methodology. Act as a Product Owner and create User story backlog for the requirements/epics. participate in Daily Scrum meetings.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support operational risk scenario analysis and stress testing for Operational Risk Capital requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provides user and operational support</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment</li>

Key Skills and Experience required

<li style="margin-left:0px;">5-8 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong financial product knowledge and understanding of related quantitative methods.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in managing and implementing successful projects</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong SQL skills for querying, manipulating, and optimizing relational database operations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent technical and programming skills Python for data analysis.</li>
</ul>

Education:
