Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coach and mentor team members on Agile frameworks and methodologies, promoting self-organization and accountability.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel or resources to resolve issues.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and manage dependencies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor and track team progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Foster a positive team environment that encourages innovation and creativity while delivering high-quality products and services.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a large-scale enterprise environment, preferably within the financial services industry.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies and driving Agile transformation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in a leadership role within Agile teams, such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master Lead, or similar.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) in a large organizational setting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance requirements. </li>
</ul>
