<li>Responsible for final billing, project related vendor settlement, project deficiency lists.</li>

What you will bring-

<ul>
<li>Graduation in engineering or architecture, Project Management/ Construction management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Project management professional with 8- 10 years of experience in the interior designing industry</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Relevant experience of managing interior fit-out projects including residential, retail and office projects in leadership role</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Relevant experience of team handling.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assertive, alert, instinctive and with an ability to detect risk.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of basic software as Auto CAD &amp; MS office.</li>
