Conceptualization &amp; Design Development

BOQ &amp; Procurement Planning

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for fixed furniture, loose furniture, lighting, and other procurement materials.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist in material sourcing, ensuring selections align with project requirements and budgets.</li>
</ul>

Design Execution &amp; Coordination

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with the CAD and 3D teams to translate concepts into detailed technical drawings and renderings.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Design and refine layouts to match client expectations and technical feasibility.</li>
</ul>

Execution &amp; Site Coordination

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Be actively involved in the execution phase of projects, ensuring smooth on-site implementation of designs.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify material installation, and address design discrepancies.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure design integrity is maintained.</li>

Industry Research &amp; Innovation

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experiment with new design technologies and tools to enhance project efficiency and creativity.</li>

<ins>Key Skills &amp; Competencies</ins>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong Aesthetic Sense – Eye for detail, color schemes, lighting, and materials.</li>

<ins>Qualifications &amp; Experience</ins>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience: 3+ years in interior design, with experience in BOQ preparation, material procurement, CAD coordination, site execution, and independent project designing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Adobe suite and MS Office. </li>
