Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Develop conceptual designs and mood boards that reflect the client's vision while considering functional requirements, spatial layout, lighting, materials, and color schemes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Produces sketches, drawings and detailed floor plan to illustrate concepts and finalized projects using computer aided design (CAD), hand drawing skill and detailed drawings.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work with senior interior designer to define project requirements and develop design criteria.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Furniture Detailing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Vendor Co-ordination</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Making BOQs (Civil + Furniture)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Procurement from market.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Creative talent, imagination and eye for detail.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture with 2 - 3 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD, google SketchUp, In-design, photoshop and Microsoft Office suite.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong creative and communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrated ability to execute.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent portfolio of previous work.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good Knowledge in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.</li>
</ul>
