Responsibilities: 
Project Execution &amp; Planning:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage and coordinate all project activities, including site surveys, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.</li>
</ul>

Stakeholder Management:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Education: Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on corporate fit out projects. </li>
</ul>
Technical Skills:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience in delivering corporate office fit out projects, including new construction, renovations, and expansions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and other relevant tools.</li>
</ul>
