About The Role 
<ul>
<li>As a CBRE Accounting Sr. Clerk, you will assist the Accounts Receivable and Payable department with high-level data entry tasks. </li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">This job is part of the General Accounting job function. They are responsible for the development and day-to-day maintenance of accounting processes and procedures. </li>
</ul>
What You’ll Do 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Review billing transactions, verify the collection of payments, and send statements. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Verify lockbox receipts, terminations, and security deposits. Ensure they are entered properly into the system. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Post cash receipts, and review applications for open and prepaid credits. Schedule recurring billings and statements. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Manage data including recording payments and tracking deposits and credits. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Review invoice information, void and cut manual checks, and audit accounts payable trail. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Help with paperwork at the end of the month, such as copying, organizing, and binding reports and creating and maintaining financial files for the reporting team. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Evaluate and select solutions from established options. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance. </li>

What You'll Need 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. Knowledge of accounting fundamentals. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.</li>
</ul>
 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team. </li>
