Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Coordinates for events as requested. Responsible for coordination/planning and execution of special events and conferences for client, department and/or office events. May participate in communicating new program(s) to employees</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Administers the Event management record keeping system; updates various department/business unit records; ensures that department/business unit files are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures; reviews requests for information and determines the appropriateness of closure of the tickets raised</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Acts as a SPOC for RE&amp;F for inquiries, researching and resolving problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures regarding Event Management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitors the shift timing management of the Lobby Ambassadors</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Performs general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to co-workers. May coordinate work and assign tasks.</li>
</ul>

Preferred candidate profile

<ul>
<li>Should have experience in managing corporate events</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Should be able to manage events end to end</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Graduation is must</li>
</ul>
