What you ll do:

<li>Promote upselling and cross-selling of additional payment solutions to both new and existing merchants.</li>
</ul>

<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction by fulfilling their requirements and needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Identify process gaps and resolve issues to streamline merchant onboarding and improve transaction efficiency.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Implement retention strategies for churned merchants to drive re-engagement and loyalty.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Enhance brand visibility in the payments market through strategic initiatives and partnerships.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage day-to-day merchant queries, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.</li>
</ul>

Required Skills:

<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in the fintech industry preferably in online payments</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>2+ experience in team handling</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Must understand payments space (preferably worked with e-commerce and/or partners)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of sales, Training &amp; understanding.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with merchant by understanding their requirements</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong business acumen and product expertise</li>
