Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure compliance with labor laws (S&amp;E Act, ESIC, PF, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage payroll, attendance tracking, and shift schedules.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Address employee grievances, engagement, and retention initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support performance management, training, and workforce planning.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Education: Bachelors/Masters in HR or related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience: 2-5 years in HR, preferably in automotive manufacturing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Skills: Knowledge of labor laws, blue-collar workforce management, HRMS, and payroll systems. </li>
