</ul>

<li>Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of ITIL, APIs (REST/SOAP), and IT infrastructure.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>ITOM module configuration and CMDB optimization.Integration development and API usage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Troubleshooting and performance tuning.</li>
