Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting /finance/ MBA (Finance) from reputed Institute</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>3-8 years of experience in FP&amp;A.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., S4 Hana, Oracle, PeopleSoft or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate across many levels of the organization including senior management.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Skills:

<ul>
<li>Experience with process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Python/Power Automate is preferred.</li>
</ul>

Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Be part of SSC for Management Reporting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Must have hands on experience in building/developing Forecast &amp; Budget templates and running full planning cycle with annual budgeting and rolling forecast</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting and detailed explanations/commentaries of key business drivers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Perform drill downs in financial data, data mining and business intelligence</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Preparing ad hoc financial/management reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing and explaining information from various sub-systems and drill downs into financial data</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong business acumen, accounting skills, a go getter attitude, &amp; out of the box thinking</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Analyze &amp; evaluate financial data and create financial models for decision support.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work with business leads to help drive alignment and standardization of requirements and processes where possible.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Continually look for opportunities to innovate and improve processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive system and process changes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in organization transformation efforts. Enable process simplification and automation.</li>
