Key Responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure that all vendor invoices are processed and managed according to the expected timelines.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Adhere to the country specification policy and regulations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Review and submit vendor payment requests according to the payment terms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle exception invoices and resolve vendor queries with follow-ups with vendors and/or local finance teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor vendor aging to address any issues promptly.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage group emails and respond promptly.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare track weekly unapproved, on-hold, and open liability reports</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create various adhoc reports for project managers, operations teams, and controllers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Adhere to SOX controls</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist with audits and any additional monthly reports.</li>
</ul>
