Key Responsibilities

<li>Works closely with product owners throughout the company to identify and deliver applications to increase efficiency.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Drives adoption and business benefits through day-to-day support, training, and engagement with the business.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Executes ongoing release management to ensure an informed, efficient, and confident user base.</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work with the Product Owner and other business stakeholders to understand business requirements and organize them into artifacts that are used by developers and testers, typically Epics, Features, and User Stories.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage and lead the day-to-day activities of the development work. When using Scrum this is the Scrum Master role, managing daily standups, backlog grooming, demos, etc. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Provide reporting such as burn-down/up charts and progress/status reports to both the business and technical leadership. </li>
<li>Works with the Product Owner to align priorities, timing, impacts of changes/additions, and helps manage the overall scope of the project. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Coordinates with external teams and stakeholders to ensure dependencies required by developers and testers are met and issues/blockers are resolved.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Triages issues/bugs and feature requests.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Owns the release communication, planning, execution, success definition, measurement, and post implementation efforts. </li>
<li>Skill And Competencies </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">A strong understanding of </li>
<li>Scrum and Kanban development methodologies and how to apply them appropriately to successfully deliver software development/implementation projects. </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Solid </li>
<li>understanding of software development and testing concepts . </li>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience with development management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience writing user stories (using Gerkin is a plus) with good acceptance criteria.</li>
</ul>

</ul>
