As a Senior Architect, You Will 
<ul>
<li>Assist project teams and work on a variety of design projects from conceptual design through construction administration</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Develop, modify, and review construction drawings and specifications for above listed facilities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist in the development of interiors based on client vision and architectural needs and requirements that are set forth by the project managers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Guide the 3D visualization team in developing concepts and final architectural rendering</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Build effective relationships with existing clients, customers, and contractors to help develop new business opportunities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Other duties as assigned. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>7-10 years of relevant experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Basic understanding of IBC Codes, ADA Standards and Life safety standards</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experience in Commercial, Industrial and Warehouse facilities are preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">A committed team player able to work on own initiative</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to self-check and produce accurate work</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to work across disciplines to develop a coordinated design package</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Professional Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD and Sketchup is mandatory</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, codes, and procedures within the architecture industry</li>
