Key Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Lead the formulation and execution of long-term strategic plans that align with the US Corporate Financial Services vision and goals. This includes identifying growth opportunities, assessing market trends, and driving innovation to ensure sustainable competitive advantage</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with the US financial managers, BMI department manager to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve long-term organizational goals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement. Present performance reports for the Operational Finance team to management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Mentor and develop Section Manager and leads, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills, leadership and futuristic strategic thought process.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Represent the Operational Finance Team in meetings and presentations, advocating for the team’s goals and achievements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work with Section managers and leads to support team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaboration with the US finance leaders and BMI finance leaders to streamline processes and improve service delivery.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team. Provide training and development opportunities for team members.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Occasional travel to US may be required</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Other duties as assigned </li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Chartered Accountants (CA), CPA, MBA from prime institutions strongly preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Minimum 12 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">An expert collaborator, who builds active strategic partnerships and mutually beneficial relationships to pre-empt sources of conflict and ensure continued collaboration that drives performance for the organization</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">A proven track record of driving successful transformation and change</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Shows courage and confidence to speak up and challenge competently even when confronted with resistance or unfamiliar circumstances.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong leadership, Strategic Thinking and team management skills.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">An experienced people leader, who can deliver optimal work design, development, and drive performance through their team</li>
