Qualifications

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Receipt and Verification of Vendor (AP) invoices and documentation such as Purchase Orders, Contracts/Agreements, Proper Approvals, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Performs routine accounting activities, including but not limited to the following: accurately reviewing, Performing AP Roll-forward on daily basis within</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">timelines. indexing and batching supplier invoices, reconciliations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Review all invoices for proper documentation and approval.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Auditing and approving Expense reports submitted by the employees.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Managing and working on non-PO queues.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Handling the Project Cost Transfers as and when requested.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Other Ad-hoc activities related to AP.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Follows documentation standards for all deliverables.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">All other duties as assigned and as required.</li>
