Team Leadership &amp; Mentorship

<li> Content Optimization &amp; User Experience Conduct market research and TAM research to identify opportunities for creating and optimizing marketing strategies. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure all content efforts prioritize user experience, considering design, tone, style, and usability. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Utilize user research and testing methods to ensure content meets audience needs and expectations.</li>
</ul>
 
Performance Analysis &amp; Market Insights

<ul>
<li>Analyze and track content performance using analytics. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine strategies. Leverage insights to inform long-term content plans and improve content ROI.</li>
</ul>
 
Strategic Execution

<li>Lead key projects or workstreams related to the company's growth and product strategy.</li>
</ul>

<li>Take ownership of strategic initiatives, driving them from conceptualization to execution and outcome assessment. </li>
