RESPONSIBILITIES:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">To support the Innovation department to identify and deliver the training within the organization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">To understand the gaps in the existing curriculum by seeking feedback from the team.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">To revamp on the existing curriculum and seek feedback from the stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">To design curriculums for new modules like career development, soft skills and entrepreneurship etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">To design the assessment and measurement tools for the modules as per the need.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">To conduct /coordinate training sessions for introducing new modules to facilitators and change leaders and observe the implementation of the same to check the ease of use and revisions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">To handhold facilitators and change leaders for improving quality of their facilitation</li>
</ul>

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Education or Master’s Degree in Applied Arts (literature, sociology, theatre/drama or similar fields</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Years of Experience: 4-5 years’ experience in creative curriculum designing, assessment designing and pedagogy, with minimum 2 years in training or teaching adults. Knowledge of module designing for career guidance, soft skill and entrepreneurship are mandatory.</li>
</ul>

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design,</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Facilitation and instruction for individuals and groups, Behavioral studies </li>
