Core Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support in developing and implementing training programs and workshops tailored to the needs of the organization</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. Manage the LMS and the various functionalities. Collaborate with partners to enhance LMS and its usage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Instructional Design: Ability to design effective training programs and materials</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Evaluate training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create learning materials and content that meet the needs of the organization</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking venues and invoicing</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Handle end to end program/ project management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage training budgets, invoice processing and track expenditures</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support the Learning and Development Manager in executing strategic initiatives</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with external training providers and vendors to ensure high-quality training delivery</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create MIS reporting based on requirements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Interact with Business heads to discuss training needs and align training requirements</li>
</ul>
