Key Responsibilities:

Comp. &amp; Ben

<ul>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely end to end payroll processing for all units &amp; subsidiaries under Hospitality SBU.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor attendance integration, overtime validation, shift data, and salary calculations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage payroll audits, variance analysis, and pay related query resolution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain statutory deductions accuracy (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF), and monthly compliance related to payroll.</li>
</ul>

MIS &amp; HR Analytics

<ul>
<li>Prepare and publish monthly HR dashboards, manpower reports, attrition analysis, and productivity metrics.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Present insights to support decision-making on workforce optimization and cost control.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain HR data accuracy across systems, coordinating with HRIS teams for updates and automation.</li>
</ul>

Onboarding &amp; Employee Life Cycle Management

<ul>
<li> Oversee smooth onboarding for Hospitality SBU and site-level employees, ensuring documentation, digital records, and induction processes. Drive completion of joining formalities and background verification.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Standardize employee life cycle processes across all properties and units.</li>
</ul>

Performance Management System 

<ul>
<li> Manage the annual and mid-year PMS cycles across Hospitality SBU.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure goal setting, appraisal completion, and evaluation process as per the set standards of the organization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with department heads to drive performance culture and identify training needs.</li>
</ul>

Statutory &amp; Legal Compliance

<ul>
<li> Ensure full compliance with all labour laws applicable to hospitality and facility services (Shops &amp; Establishments Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct compliance audits for hotels/resorts and vendor partners.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage timely filing of statutory returns and ensure adherence to company policies and legal frameworks.</li>
</ul>

Exit Management

<ul>
<li> Oversee full and final settlements, relieving documentation, and exit interviews.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Track attrition trends and provide actionable insights to reduce turnover.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure smooth transition processes while maintaining legal and organizational compliance.</li>
</ul>
