Key Responsibilities -

<li>Conduct telephonic and in-person screenings to evaluate candidate fit.</li>

<li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.</li>
</ul>

<li> Follow up with candidates and hiring teams for feedback and offer negotiation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain a strong database of candidates for future hiring needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in job fairs and campus drives as needed.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Assist in recording and tracking employee grievances.</li>
</ul>

<li style="text-align:left;">Assist in basic conflict resolution and ensure prompt communication to avoid escalation.</li>

</ul>

<li style="text-align:left;">Support in maintaining documentation of grievance proceedings.</li>
</ul>

<li style="text-align:left;">Help foster open communication between employees and management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Maintain HR documentation and employee records.</li>
</ul>

<li style="text-align:left;">Should be able to handle PMS for the brigade employees. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">12+ years of experience in recruitment &amp; HR generalist roles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Participate in HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:left;">Also, who is ready to travel to the other Sites/projects within Bangalore.  </li>
