Key Responsibilities:

<li>Ensure and provide flawless, professional, and high-quality customer service experiences.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Analyse customer feedback and provide strategic input to continuously enhance guest satisfaction and overall ratings.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Respond promptly to guest needs, anticipating unstated expectations and personalising service.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage guest relations and engagement activities to create memorable experiences.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns courteously and efficiently.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Greet and assist guests warmly, handle inquiries (in-person and via phone), and ensure seamless communication.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinate and organise events and activities approved by the head office.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain orderliness at the front desk and ensure all documents are properly arranged.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Report maintenance issues or malfunctioning equipment promptly for quick resolution.</li>
</ul>
